What we can work through together
Fundraising priorities and calendar decisions; donor cultivation and stewardship; leadership and board responsibilities; communications review; grant activity within the broader funding mix; and practical adjustments when capacity or circumstances change.
What this relationship needs from your team
A decision-maker who participates consistently, an internal owner for implementation, and a willingness to share progress and constraints. Advisory is not a replacement for an internal development function or daily campaign management.
Frequently asked questions
Can we begin with advisory?
Yes, when the needs and working relationship are clear. An assessment may be recommended if leadership needs an independent baseline first.
Is support unlimited?
No. Each engagement has a defined meeting cadence, review allowance, and communication expectations. This keeps the work focused and the responsibilities clear.
Is there a minimum commitment?
Your proposal specifies the engagement term and any minimum commitment. The website does not impose an unconfirmed contract term.
Will you attend board meetings or lead a training?
Those activities may be added through an agreed scope. They are not automatically included in the starting monthly engagement.
